Returns & Exchanges

At AIN LIBAAS, each garment is programmed with precision craft and computer-controlled embroidery. If your selection does not meet your fit or expectations, our returns and exchanges procedure is designed to be seamless.

3-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within **3 days of delivery**. The request must be registered through our customer support portals within this timeframe to be eligible for approval.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the garment must be **unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition**. Original brand tags, security barcodes, and packaging must remain intact.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered. Garments with missing tags, custom tailor specifications, or items purchased during special warehouse clearances are non-returnable.

Inspection & Quality Control

All returned articles undergo a rigorous inspection at our quality center. Once confirmed in original condition, we will process your size exchange, replacement outfit, or store credit code within 5 working days.

Return Process & Logistics

  • How to Request: Send a photo of the product with tags intact along with your order ID to our support channels. Once approved, you will receive shipping return instructions.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Except in cases of manufacturing flaws or incorrect product delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse.
  • Refund Policy: If a replacement is unavailable, we offer store credit codes or bank refunds (minus shipping fees) within 7 working days post-inspection approval.
